Gary Delong was the Republican candidate for California’s new 47th Congressional district. He lost earlier this month to Democratic State Senator Alan Lowenthalby just 17,743 votes. A self described moderate Republican, Gary serves on the Long Beach, California city council where he manages the budget. He is also a member of No Labels and refused to take Grover Norquist’s pledge not to raise taxes. Also Movie Critic Michael Snyder.
