Unless some brave doctor steps up and tells Lindsay Lohan to retire from show business the poor kid doesn’t have much longer for this world.

“Lindsay Lohan Retires” is the only headline anybody should be printing about the troubled actress. From the time Lindsay Lohan was a kid adults have been pimping her, and last night’s appearance with Oprah was just another example of the poor girl getting “turned out.”

Anybody who puts Lindsay in a movie or on TV or writes about her is enabling her mental illness, and this isn’t going to end well for the kid, and I do mean kid. Lindsay Lohan is a kid in her twenties and if the money grubbing adults she’s surrounded by don’t find a new victim she will be dead soon.

Fame was never the source of her illness. But fame and more jobs as an actress won’t help. You can’t sober up in front of 350 million Americans. There’s a reason it’s called Alcoholic’s Anonymous. Her road to recovery starts with her becoming anonymous.

Watch this video. Shame on Oprah. Shame on her parents. Shame on all of us for enabling her sickness. But most importantly shame on every doctor who doesn’t tell her to get out of this business.
