How’s that abstinence working out for you?

Cosponsor of the Abstinence Education Reallocation Act of 2013, Congressman Bill Cassidy announced on Thursday that his 17-year-old daughter is having a baby out of wedlock.

Cassidy and his wife are both doctors, and their new grandchild is due this summer. Congressman Cassidy is a Republican candidate for Senate in Louisiana.

Next time he should say, “I abstain” on any votes before Congress regarding abstinence.
